Wht Issue does option B has ?

Const. IC,and SC..thas why it is wrong...am i right?

We can simply use the word "and" to connect two verbs for the same subject. When we want to start a new subject-verb clause, however, we must first have a comma, then the word "and."

here,we are using ", and" when the subject remains same.

Also : "prospects of finding electric power .. was " - is wrong. What's the technical term for this - subject verb agreement ? It should be
"Prospects ..... were "
