EssaySnark is unfamiliar with any of these MBA programs except for NYU. NYU is a well-respected brand name. The other schools are not as well known. That doesn't mean you can't get a good education there. EssaySnark firmly believes that bschool is what you make of it.
Two ways to evaluate whether a school is a good fit are a) look through their course catalog (and make sure that the courses you want to take are offered regularly); and b) review the companies that have recruited there recently. If the companies you want to work for recruit there, it's almost a no-brainer. Otherwise it will be up to you to do all the legwork and find that first job.

EssaySnark has never heard of a tourism-specific MBA, and assumes that there's enough overlap with hospitality that the previous schools are still relevant. But this isn't EssaySnark's field, so who knows what's out there to be discovered? It sounds like an area where you'll need to do your own research, since it's rather niche/uncommon.
Another approach, though, would be to focus on what you want to DO at a tour operator or an airline -- what functional area are you interested in? Finance? Strategy? Marketing? Operations? Then find a bschool that can best prepare you for that function. Or, you can read the executive bios of the management team at companies you'd want to work for, and see where they got their education. And again, look for schools that attract the companies you want to work for through their career services outreach.
Good luck with it!
