which colleges would suit my profile?

I am a Mechant navy officer with 5 years sea experience spanning over 8 calender years.
I presently wwork as a management level officer ranked next to Captain.
I hold a Diploma in Nautical science from BITS Pilani and B.Sc Nautical science degree from Mumbai University (Distance learning). I have scored 720 in GMAT. I have participated in 2 games during my Junior school days. Will I stand a decent chance for ISB, Harvard, LBS. If not, for what all colleges do i have scope??

It's very possible. As you might guess, they don't see all that many merchant marine candidates, which definitely boosts your uniqueness factor. Plus all that traveling makes you imminently global. So that's two pluses on your side.
But what about achievements? leadership? promotions? We'd have to dig in your profile to see what you got there.

And what are your goals?

All in all your profile is off to a good start, and we have to see how we can make that a GREAT start.
