I think it is D because use of "whom" is for objective usage while "who" is for subjective use
Using those here is fine.

The action of bringing is being performed on somebody, so we need objective 'whom'.

I will pick A.

B: them whom
C: to the ones
E: Brung

I am confused between A and D
Just by reading I think it should be A but not sure
