I'm sure this is not a new question, but thought I'd share my story for some insight. I am planning to apply to several Top 10 schools this fall and am concerned that my UG GPA is lower than average. However, I feel like I've overcome any concerns schools my have from my academic potential due to the information below. Would you say that's a far assumption? (Obviously there are many other aspects to an application but this is what I feel is the weakest part).
UG GPA: 3.1 from a top 5 engineering school (3.5 in last 2 years and 3.5 within major)
GMAT: 760 (49Q, 45V), only took once
Will have 5 years work experience in consulting at matriculation.
Should I stop worrying about my GPA?
