Expert please comment
could a comma + -ed modifier modify a noun phrase
that is, in the following constructions could the -ed modifier modify x
1)x of y , -ed modifier
2)x triggered by y , ed modifier

In the following constructions could the which pronoun modify x
3)x of y , which clause
4)x triggered by y , which clause

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking. "Which" typically modifies the word immediately preceding it, but there are always exceptions if the noun is separated from "which" by modifiers. Could you give some examples?
