I have a strong under grad GPA, apprx 3.7 (dean and presidents list). 11yrs work experience, 10 yrs working as project manager running construction projects in NYC and 1 yrs working for top rated investment bank in the real estate division. Dear nellyda,

Your GMAT score is in range for NYU Langone, but is on the lower end of the range. Depending on the strength of the rest of your application, it might be sufficient. However, if you have time and a retake won't sacrifice other aspects of your application (like essays, resume), then it might be worth retaking it if you think you can increase your score. Think about your time commitments, how likely a score increase is, and whether or not you feel the rest of your application will be viewed as above average; then make a determination on whether or not a retake is worth your resources or if you would rather roll the dice with your 630.

Good luck,
Lisa
