Thanks for posting here.
So to get to the point: Hit your GMAT score, and get awesome essays, and you are getting in to business school.
There is almost no profile more loved than an heir to a large and successful family business (Maybe, you could be the son of a Prime Minister ;) )

You seem to have all your other bases covered - good grades, nice volunteer work, totally solid work experience (with a LOT of leadership)

Just crack that GMAT on the head!
