Dear all,

Pradeep-

you seem to have the right profile for a good run at your target schools including leadership, innovation, maturity and teamwork skills. Your GMAT is great and should not give you any concerns. My only concern at all is that your application pool is very deep and by now, in round 3, most schools likely have as many qualified applicants from your pool as they can take. I am not necessarily recommending you defer to round one of next year, because your experience, at 7 years, is really "ripe" and risks being too much. In fact, after this year, you may even be a good candidate for EMBA programs. You may want to pick out a couple of back up schools just in case you don't get in R3.
