hey

to make x the largeest possible value of X...make y = 0

therefore...if x=3 the answer will be 81..therefore x is a little above 3..hence b

ah - i was just caught up with their statement "b/w the following values" and was ignoring '3' at all - but yes, considering 3 and then bump it little up to make it 'between 3 and 6'
