(D) 35
(E) 36
Break out the prime factors in the denominators.

(1/5)(1/4)¹ = 1/(2(10)³)

(1/5)(1/2³) = 1/(2(2³ x 5³))

(1/5)(1/2³) = 1/((2³)(5³))

1/((5)(2³)) = 1/((2³)(5³))

m must be 35.

The correct answer is D.

(1/5)^m * (1/4)^18 = 1/(2(10)^35). Find the value of M.
