Is it right question. specially first condition.
|p| = -|q| , is it possible anytime?

This means

|p| + |q| = 0

so when two absolute values are equal to 0 when they are added together ?

Logitech is very correct on the C trap

The only value that sastisfies |p| = -|q| is 0 so p=q=0 sum 0.

Take any other positive or negative value the stm I condn will not hold true IMO

p and q can be any positive or negative or 0 so the sum varies
