Best study guides for Sentence Correction and Quant

I am seeking to restart my studies and wanted to focus on my weaknesses.

Which is the best SC study guides for someone to use? I need something that can take someone from the basics.

WHich is the best Quant study guide? I was testing in the low 40's, but started in the 30's

Hi MattDC,

Since you've posted this message in a couple of different Forums, I'm going to repost my response/questions here:

I'd like to know how your prior studies 'ended'; from your prior posts, you studied for a stretch during the summer of 2014 - did you end up taking the Official GMAT? If so, then what were your scores?

Since you're back here, I'll assume that you weren't happy with how you previously performed. What work have you done recently? Have you taken any practice CATs?

For SC, instead of a guide, you could go through BTG forum and free videos. But, if you're set on a guide, you could try Manhattan's. It will help you focus on specific areas.

For quant, official texts- OG and Quant review should be sufficient.

For concepts, explanations, etc. BTG forum is still the best. It's years of amazing content, all you need to do is sift through it.

Thanks for geting back to me - I remember your invaluable advice from the summer of '14. Unfrotantely, I broke a bone 12 hours before the exam (I was playing flag football). Needless to say, taking an exam will in pain was not a recipe for sucess (Scored a 600, but cancled).

I was testing in the high 600's (around 680) coming in, and was hoping to break 700 this summer.
