The new image ... as systematic ...rather than as

So only B and C are contenders:

B: systematic as an adjective need an adjective such as mere rather than adverb merely, which following Germany is incorrect as it refers Germany while logically it should refer the new image. It further needs includes rather than include whether it refers to Germany or new Image

C: Ok, every problem is solved, S+V agreement(that includes) parallelism( as rather than as) and that precisely refers to what it should refer.

Out of A and C: the purpose with to pursue requires a noun clause telling what to expect, A precisely do that.

In problem 2, i.e. file 10.jpg:
in option C, its given that "found in Germany that"
As we know, if it were "found in Germany which",
it would have been incorrect as 'which' modifies Germany. Is same case with option C? Is 'that' modifying Germany?

Plz help
