4 weeks before my test

I will take the GMAT on januray the 14th and my target score is 680.
I am studying with KAPLAN but I find it very difficult for practice tests. My last score was 550 for the CAT 5 and the way seems to be very long to my goal. Somebody can provides me with some advice ?
