Hi,
I am taking GMAT yet again on this coming saturday.I know a few things wrt to GMAT in general
1.I should focus more on initial questions than later ones.Meaning, I should be more rigorous in first 10-15 problems,double checking every time etc that later problems.I know that initial 10-15 corrects would make me far ahead in my score.
2.I should finish the section on time, doing all the questions and not leaving any of them unattempted.
Also, I should not reach a stage where I have to guess to save time etc.Thats' really bad thing to do.
Side Note:I am a non-native speaker of English.Hence, I cannot breeze through RC or Long CR's like Native speakers do.I generally have to re-read sentences to figure out their meaning.Hence, Initial RC's like the first two in first 20 prob set would take dispropotionately more time.
THe most that I can do is save some time in SC's.I can do that, as i have seen from my previous CAT's.
During my last GMAT, I screwed my verbal section because I was too much concerned about my timing that initial accuracy and hence even though I finished verbal section quite on time, I just scored a 30.
Some expert advice is solicited.
