No, I posted the correct answer right under it. "F(x) = -3x"

Right you posted the correct answer but according to me there should be some other options in the question.

f(a) = -3a
f(b) = -3b
f(a + b) = -3(a + b) = -3a - 3b
f(a) + f(b) = -3a - 3b
So, definitely f(a + b) = f(a) + f(b) holds true for f(x) = -3x
