Can Idioms be mastered??

by RyanDark » Sat Sep 04, 2010 8:13 pm
Hello...I have kind of reached a stage where in I am able to narrow down to 2 options by eliminating grammar and structural issues. But when the 2 options contain idioms I kind of get lost.I am a non native speaker and really not good in mugging up the huge lists of idioms.
Is there some other way I can improve? or should I must just accept the fact that I cannot do much about it.

Yes. Just get you started. I am attaching a sheet that can help you out.

Also, whenever you get a SC question wrong that exploits the usage of an idiom, note the idiom down

PS: I did not create this sheet i have merely modified it a bit over time.
