OA is E

What is the rule We need to apply in this case?

Does "X and Y" mean that "Have" should be present in Y if it is present in X?

"have trained" and "have seen" are parallel.

You can't say "have saw" as saw is in past and 'have' is present perfect form. that rules out A, B, C.

Between D and E, have is not a issue, even is 'have' is not present it can be assumed. The problem in D is 'being', which is also 90% of the time Incorrect in GMAT.

Hence E.

We have "Have trained" so, for paralellism we need "seen".
D is out because being is there
E is correct
