The computer software being designed for a project studying Native American access to higher educatin will not only meet the needs of that study, but also has the versatility and power of facilitating similar research endeavors.


A. but also has the versatility and power of facilitating
B. but also have the versatility and power to facilitate

I am confused in the above two options, rest were easily eliminated.

should be B, in order to maintain parallel future verbs

will...meet
will...have => there is no such thing as "will has"

Agree with that. Answer is B.

It is confusing since "The compture software" viewed alone should have a singluar verb "has". However, the tense is in future so B it is.

But i have a doubt.isnt the subject here the computer software?

Shouldn't it be singular in that case ?

Though it sounds weird.
