Hi,

You have solid academics and GMAT score so now don't waste time in retaking GMAT utilize the time for building solid applications. ISB evaluates candidates based on 3 parameters in order of importance 1)leadership potential 2)Diversity and 3)academic/analytical ability. Now you are already strong in third parameter so focus on leadership potential and diversity aspects, these can be evaluated only by your profile and essays.
