I am an Indian guy living in Philippines and I was just wondering, If I were to apply to Business schools in Singapore, such as Nanyang, NUS or SMU. Do I need to go to Singapore first before the start of the first semester or can I just apply online the whole thing and go to Singapore when the semester starts? If there are any interviews, how can that be possible? Thru video conferencing?

Many B-schools offer interviews through video/audio conferencing to off-shore candidates, as it's not possible for all candidates to come to campus for interviews. I would suggest writing to admission committees of all these B-schools and confirm if they extend such facility.
