Respectable TOEFL score?

Dear Amy,

What is a respectable TOEFL score for a top school? I mean a good score. I am asking in terms of the TOEFL Internet based exam.

Hi Cybermusings,

If you achieve a score that's around the average for the school (and above any cutoff they may have) you should be fine. Wharton's average is a 642/280 for example.
