Profile Evaluation for INSEAD

Hi,

I am Anshul Joshi from India.

I have a GMAT score of 680(VA-68%, QA-86%). TOEFL iBT 118

I have more than 5 yrs of work exp as HR Manager in reputed brands like Citibank, Merck with people management roles.

I have done my masters in Human Resources and bachelors in computers have grades that are excellent with 80% scores throughout.

My goal is joining a consulting firm and looking for getting admitted in INSEAD in Jan 2012 intake.

Please suggest.

Yes Linda....have worked with international clients(US, UK, Australia) for 4 yrs and been in a team which set up an international BPO center in Phillipenes...had traveled to Manila for the same for 2-3 months

What will be your suggestion?

That's good. Your GMAT verbal is a little low and you come from a very competitive group in the applicant pool. I think it makes sense for you to apply to INSEAD, but you also need to apply to programs where your GMAT is not below average.
