Your grades are strong and you obviously have analytical skills, and while you are coming from a competitive applicant group, the team lead experience is a plus (vs not having that experience) so be sure to highlight how you feel you've developed leadership experience. It's also a good idea to emphasize the international experience and what you've learned from that. If you have any more recent community involvement or other activities to share that would be a plus too.
