Logistics of the test

I need to ask the following:
- what can u take inside the test?
- can u take food?
- can u take watch or not?
- do i need to bring paper/pen or will they give it?
- do u really have time to go to the bathrooms during the break or does it delay u?

what should u eat before and during? - i know PBJ was mentioned

This is what I recall from my test:
- You can't take anything inside, including food
- You can take your watch, but it can't beep nor can it be a stopwatch
- They should provide you a pen and pad
- You will be given time for brief bathroom breaks
- You should eat something that holds you over for 3 hours. You all ready know my opinion on PB&J!

A few clarifications:

You can bring food to the testing center; you just can't take it inside the testing ROOM. They have lockers you can put your things in, including food. So yes, bring some. You get two breaks...use them! Bathroom, quick snack and drink, stretch.

Recommended food: an apple, granola or protein bar, PB&J is good, some nuts. If you don't have sugar problems, a Snickers bar is great -- slight boost from some sugar and caffeine (from the chocolate), with the sustaining power of the protein in the peanuts.

You don't get paper and pen anymore...it's a scratch board. Basically a dry erase board. It's a booklet with 5 two-sided sheets, and when you fill it up, you can request another one. No eraser, though.
