Option A: Wrong
Whatever the case may be it is unjust, unfair and inadequate to jump to a conclusion that the original writer of this piece would fancy getting the original things he/she wrote is what's been packaged back for her to use as a response.

Option B: Wrong
The punctuation are adequate enough but the statement does not convey much message in that it dwell too much on technicality other than the normal route of diction, comprehension and sentence arrangements. Not well arranged.

Option C: Wrong
This would have been correct and perfect had it been that only punctuation make a sentence correct and sweet but the verb functioning here is in a misplaced position. The verb 'is' does not belong here where plural subject has been used.

Option D: Wrong
Too much usage and over-emphasis of the conjunction ''and ''. It must be noted that however is a connector between two items or anything more than one, but a comma sign can be used to list the items and then wrap it up with ''and''.

Option E: Right
This is the best of the options. The punctuation depicts a proper language orientation with language and sentence formation. Furthermore, the use of ''are'' shows agreement with the head word ''parts'' which occurs in a plural form too.
