More than thirty years ago Dr. Barbara McClintock, the Nobel Prize winner, reported that genes can "jump," as pearls moving mysteriously from one necklace to another.
1.as pearls moving mysteriously from one necklace to another
2.like pearls moving mysteriously from one necklace to another
3.as pearls do that move mysteriously from one necklace to others
4.like pearls do that move mysteriously from one necklace to others
5.as do pearls that move mysteriously from one necklace to some other one
OA:2
My Problem with this question:Other than eliminating 3(for using like pearls do) and 5(for the awkward usage to some other one), how do I eliminate the other 2 choices.
In fact, I am not finding anything wrong with this construction originally.
