IMO "C".

B and D are missing "that".

For "A" and "E"...we need sth like...."With machines..."...

and "E" there is "being" which although not always wrong....but is a reason of suspicioun.

Hi Rahul,

Although I also had same reasoning similar to yours....but can you please help me understand it in more detail....i.e. I am not sure what is meant by conjuction in A,E....and why exactly the same is required....

From the sentence structure I can make out...but can you please help me understand the language/grammar reason for the same ?

Similar why exactly "that" is needed in "B" and "D"....again here too I can make out from sentence structure that "that" is required...but what is the grammar/language rule behind the same....

hey i meant to say subordinators, not conjunction, got confused..
Subordinators can attach a subordinate clause to the main clause

as in I am good at football, i like watching cricket. This sentence is wrong as it is run-on. One part should be main clause and other subordinate.
this sentence requires a subordinator ( such as although, because, but) to make it complete.
although i am good at football, i like watching cricket. or
because i am good at football, i like watching cricket. (don't go by meaning
)

that which is missing in choice B and D above is required when to introduce a clause
