Hi Everybody,

I had done every question from the official review guide and the kaplan premium 2011. I gave all the kaplan tests and got scores from 550 - 600. But, when I gave the GMAT...I just got a 470. Need to give it again in a month.

Please help.

-What should I do different?
-Will taking the Manhattan tests help?
-Would private tutoring or any classes help?

Thank you.

Mate, no one can actually help you because you haven't given us any parameters to assist you with. All you've said is that you got 470 and need to sit the test again in a month.

- what was your score breakdown?
- Did you struggle with timing?
- are you stronger in certain areas?

The general advice that I can provide given you have provided us with general information is that you might consider buying other prep material e.g. MGMAT guides and yes if you have the cash, get private tutoring from a reputable company or someone who scored well.

Yeah, you'll have to analyze your score and figure out where you need to focus the most. I did some of the Kaplan 800 questions while I was studying and I did not find them to be very helpful.
