for fear of getting caught "plagiarising" I removed my post because i want to use the quotes i had here in my b-school essay

The best thing is to be up front about the issue. You don't want to hide it and have the school pick up on it. Try to convey the lesson that you learned and how you altered your behavior. Many successful people have made mistakes - in fact, it is pretty much a prerequisite.
