DS tough one!

If n >= m. Is m<=m+(nm)x<=n?
(1) x<=n
(2)0<=x<=1

obviously INSUFF
(2)0<=x<=1
m = 100, n = 200

100 <= 100 + 20,000 * x <= 200
x = .999999 vs x = .00000001

INSUFF

It should be - E

n = 4, m = 3, x = 1/2

3 <= 3 + 4*3*1/2 <= 4 - False

N = 8, m = 1, x = 1/2

1 <= 1 + 1*8*1/2 <= 8
