It would be better to understand if you draw the triangle yourself on paper
Let <PQS = y
<PRS =x
< QPS = P
< RPS = p'
now we have to find (x-y)
I) y+P = 90
and x+ p' = 90
so (x-y) = P- p'
but the value of P-p' = <QPR = 30
so we can calculate x-y
II) <PRQ = 180-x
so,
<PQR + <PRS = 150
y + (180-x) =150
x-y = 30
Hence Answer is D
