Question about Kellogg essay 1 after attending Jeremy's talk

Hi Jeremy,
I saw the video where you were advising about Kellogg essays last week in BTG. For the first question 2nd part "Elaborate on your future career plans and your motivation for pursuing an MBA", you todl we should write 'Why Kellogg' part too.
I think this is only 'Why MBA' question, and not college specific. May be in the 3rd essays we can wrote a bit of Why Kellogg.

PLease correct my understanding..

Thanks for your question - I am happy to clarify. In Question #2, it may make sense for your to show that you have a deep understanding of the Kellogg MBA program or specific resources it has that you believe can uniquely fit your needs. In Question #3, they are asking about why your peers would select you for admissions. Again, this is a chance to show how Kellogg's culture and any particular programs would be a good "fit" for you. They both are a chance to address "Why Kellogg" in the application.

I have another question here, appreciate your reply please.
In Kellogg's first essay 'Briefly assess your career progress to date. Elaborate on your future career plans and your motivation for pursuing an MBA'-- I am not getting from where I should start- Should I mention some of my experiences at school, college, may be some ofmy parents' teachings. Or, is dat by the word career they have meant only professional career ie after I start working.
I have a lot of Extra C to mention. Should I mention those in betwwen in the first essay?

Without having your essay in front of me, this is a bit theoretical.
As you probably know, essay writing is not "one size fits all." You can answer almost any question multiple ways. Most people probably start by sharing their professional development since undergrad. However, talking about extracurriculars in college can sometimes make sense. I am not sure how you wish to include your parents' teachings, but I cannot rule that out either.
