I think your GMAT and GPA are pretty good, which is great. It doesn't sound like you have a ton of extracurricular activities - and do you have any since college?
In general, you are right that your task will be to show how you are unique. Without any idea of your work experience (was it technical? management? did you have leadership experience?) and your goals, I'm not sure what other schools I could recommend. The process is holistic, so beyond telling you that your GPA and GMAT is in range for the schools (information readily available on businessweek.com) your chances come down to what you are able to communicate about yourself, your potential and your goals.
