Hi,

I am a techie working in the Bay Area as a Lead Software Engineer, I am 39 and have about 14 years of
experience in my field. My GMAT score is 710.

Given my age and background (which in my opinion is oversubscribed/represented), I'd like to know
what my chances are of being accepted into the FEMBA program at UCLA.

Thanks much.

What prior degrees to you have? and what GPA???
How many people do you lead? And how any promotions do you have?
Any notable extra-currics???

Otherwise, your GPA and age and years of experience is all good, but with a few more details, I could maybe be a bit more precise.

Well, your profile is above average for the school. The lack of promotions is a bit unfortunate, but you can easily turn that into an advantage, by using that as justification for you applying for this EMBA in the first place!
