4/3y=z
z : x = 4/3y : 2/3y = 2:1 (C)

If x is 2/3 of y and y is 3/4 of z, what is the ratio of z : x ?
Sometimes it is better not to take the eq route

I ) 3x = 2y from x is 2/3 y and
II) 4y = 3z from y is 3/4 of z
y is the link between Iand II
so I can also be 6x = 4y ( multiply by 2) or = 3z
z/x=2

x=(2/3)y
y=(3/4)z=> z=(4/3)y

now (z/x) =
{(4/3)y/(2/3)y} =>(4/3)*(3/2)=2

hence C
