Alright ! root 4 is taken as common factor
root 4(1+3+4)
8 root 4
so obviously it is greater than 4 !! i mean !!wat is that question is expecting out of this !!

let me try for secound choice,
that sounds mroe logical
root 4 will be 2
4root4 will be sqrt(2) which is 1.414
sum will be 3.414
now 3root4 will lie between 2 and 1.414
so sum will always be greater than 4

M = square root 4 + cube root 4 + fourth root of 4, then the value of M is:
a) less than 3
b) equal to 3
c) between 3 and 4
d) equal to 4
