I tend to make mistakes in passages related to uninteresting topics such as
1. Political History
2. Legal
3. Psychology
4. Politics

whereas I am mostly right in passages with topics of my interest such as:-
1. Finance
2. Economics
3. Science

Is this a common phenomena? If yes, please suggest the best way to tackle...

Thanks in advance...

The best way to tackle the scenario mentioned by you is to stop solving RC questions based on the topics you are comfortable with.

Challenge yourself and start reading articles related to your weak areas.
