Difficulty with Science Passages : Plz Help

Expert replies

Hey Guys

I'm having trouble dealing with science passages... although i seem to understand the passages i end up choosing the wrong one of 2 most likely answers - mostly due to silly mistakes.

Also I require almost 5 mins extra to finish the kaplan RC section tests (30 mins to finish 18 Q's from 3 passages). Due to time constraint I end up getting almost all of the questions of the last passage wrong

Need some serious help with RC's to improve my verbal score

Thanks in advance

Dude....

Basic thumb rule for time for a passage is

No. of questions * 2

so ideally 18 questions shud take 36 minutes..........

and u are doin well enough..........

For those who have problem in Rc, shud do enought practice in sc and cr,
try to save time for rc from two other sections.
