Assign a difficulty level to postings - Just a thought

Moderators,
This just came across my mind. While posting questions, can a provision be made for assigning the difficulty level. Even simple notation like 'E' 'M' and 'D' for easy, moderate and difficult will be of immense help. It might also help the forum members in getting faster responses and also for responders in assessing their 'response' performance. A simple ratio button for choosing the levels at the time of posting would suffice I guess.

Let me know if this sounds feasible. Others can chime in as well.

Moving to Suggestions and Feedback. This would be a good user feature, but somewhat difficult to moderate. I like how you're thinking though, this could be worth investigating.

Interesting idea!

Here are my thoughts. Maybe it can be rated in 2 ways.

1) Each person who views the question can rate the difficulty of the question.
2) The experts can rate the question difficulty.

Maybe it can be similar to a poll, but instead of showing how many people chose the difficulty level, it will show an average difficulty level.

So for example if you have a question and your choices for the question are:

300 Level
400 Level
500 Level
600 Level
700 Level

Let’s say 5 users pick 600 and 4 users pick 700. It will show: User average difficulty rating of 644.
Then the experts all rate it as 600 level. It will show: Expert average difficulty rating of 600.

Maybe some other people have thoughts on this. Mine might be a little to extreme, but I think it would be helpful!
