from question x = 1.y5
x can be 1.05, 1.15, 1.25, 1.35, 1.45, 1.55, 1.65, 1.75, 1.85, 1.95

S1: 2x>3
x>1.5
so x can be any value amongst: 1.55, 1.65, 1.75, 1.85, 1.95
INSUFF

S2: x<y
y can any value from digit 2 to digit 9
the max value of x can be 1.95 and it will always be less than 2and higher numbers

INSUFF

combined
still INSUFF
we will have same values as S1.
