Correct me if I am wrong, the proper representation of the expression is as follows
  • [(6.804)^6]*[(1.701)^(-13)]/[{2^19}*{(3.402)^(-7)}]
Now the numerator = [(6.804)^6]*[(1.701)^(-13)] = [(4*1.704)^6]*[(1.701)^(-13)] = [(4^6)*(1.704)^6]*[(1.701)^(-13)] = [(4^6)*[(1.701)^(-13 + 6)] = [(4^6)*[(1.701)^(-7)] = [(2^12)*[(1.701)^(-7)]

And the denominator = [(2^19)*{(3.402)^(-7)}] = [(2^19)*{(2*1.702)^(-7)}] = [(2^19)*(2^(-7)*{(1.702)^(-7)}] = [(2^12)*{(1.702)^(-7)}]

Hence, numerator = denominator
Hence, given expression = 1

The correct answer is B.
