p is an integer, p=?

Statement I

p/4 is a prime number

p could be 3*4, 2*4, 7*4, 19*4, 13*4, anything.

Insufficient.

Statement II

p is divisible by 3

p could be anything.

Insufficient.

Combining I & II

p definitely has factor 4 and 3

4*3 = 12

12/4 = 3 prime

12 is divisible by 4

Apart from 12 there is no other integer which satisfies above two conditions.

Hence C.

Whats the OA?
