What positive integer is 40% less than 15,600?

a. 4,680
b. 6,240
c. 6,864
d. 8,680
e. 9,360

i just want to make sure if E is right?

40% less means what is 60% of 156.. ignoring zeros..multiply 6 with last digit...36.. check options
with last digit having the 6(in 36)
