Is the product of all of the elements in Set S negative?

(1) All of the elements in Set S are negative.
(2) There are 5 negative numbers in Set S.

(1) could be odd or even number of elements in set, so insufficient
(2) If there is a 0 in the set, product would be 0. So insufficient.

Together you can say product is negative
