Area of triangle when coordinates of the vertices are (x1, y1), (x2, y2), (x3, y3) = (1/2) |x1(y2 - y3) + x2(y3 - y1) + x3(y1 - y2)|
So, required area of triangle = (1/2) |4(3 + 3) + 6(-3 - 0) + 6(0 - 3)| = (1/2) |24 - 18 -18| = 6 sq units

The correct answer is D.
