ESSAY QUESTION:
"People should be strictly prohibited from using their cellular phones in public places where their conversations could disturb others: on the bus, at a restaurant, or in a museum."

From your perspective, how accurate is the above statement? Support your position with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading.

YOUR RESPONSE:
Does using cell phones in public places has a bad influence on others and should be strictly forbidden? Some people propose this action because they emphasize the rights of being not disturbed and interrupted. Others just believe it is reasonable to answering a phone anywhere since it will not bother others a lot and they can keep in touch with their friends or vital business partners. It is my strong heart felt that though it should not totally prohibit the use of cell phones in public places, the problem that using cell phones still should be carefully considered.

Undoubtedly, the invention of cell phones enables people, especially business people, to contact their friends and trade partners at anytime and anywhere. This can greatly reduce the time spend on traveling and increase the efficiency of modern business in business sectors. Also, they almost will not miss any calls including some very important latest news. For normal people, they can call their friends for to ask whether he or she has come when a appointment or a dating is arranged. In terms of this aspect, the use of cell phones brings a lot of convenience to people.

But people should be careful of what several problems may bring. People tend to speak very loudly when answering a phone because of the noisy surroundings. This sometimes will bother people nearby who are concentrating on their study or having a rest. The extensive use of cell phone in public places has made many complaints so it is necessary to make some regulations about usage of cells such as no use between certain hours a day in public occasions.

In conclusion, based on the benefit of high efficiency that answering cell phones at anywhere or anytime brings, we should not completely forbidden its use. But we should take some more measures to reduce its disturbance to other people and create a more compromisable for all people in public places.
