Correct answer: C
Equi Triangle divides the circle into three equal arcs. Since we are given 24, one arc is 24/2= 12 and the perimeter of the circle is 36.

The question asks DIAMETER, not radius.

P = 2pi R = piD ( since D=2R)

So 36 = pi . D

D = 36/pi = 11ish :)

Hence, C

Original Range = 112-45=67

Sell 20 shares of x: 56-20=36
Buy 24 shares of y: 94+24=118

New Range = 118-36=82

Increase in range: 82-67=15

Vishu,
That must have been a bonus question if we can see the invisible.
Jus kidding buddy! :-)

I think the user changed the question in one of their earlier posts.

It cracked me up too when I saw a geometry solution for a stat prob.

Cramya, it is a geometry question actually, you have to pay attention! It is very tricky :lol:
