Line n passes through (0, 0) and has slope = 4
Equation of a line passing through point (x1, y1) and given slope = m is given by (y - y1) = m(x - x1)

Equation of line n is:
(y - 0) = 4(x - 0)
y = 4x

Now points (1, c) and (d, 2) lie on line n, which means these points will satisfy the equation of line n.
(1, c) lies on y = 4x implies c = 4
(d, 2) lies on y = 4x implies 2 = 4d or d = 1/2
So, c/d = 4/(1/2) = 8
